Our production units worked nonstop by keeping all precautions and SOPs in consideration like no entry without mask, proper sanitization and maintain social distancing in around premises to ensure that we kept on producing our world class medical formulations day in and day out without any delay and shortage.

Once vaccination became available in our country, Cooper Pharma was first to respond and took instantaneous decision to fully vaccinate all its employees in office and manufacturing set up. This initiative ensures the safety and well-being of all its employee and team members. We also have setup vaccination centre inside our manufacturing premise in Dehradun so that workers and their family didn’t have to go far away hospitals and clinics as they can easily do so inside the premises of factory.

Cooper Pharma also has followed its policy of no curtailment in salary or termination of its employees even during the period of lockdown and peak of pandemic.
