Joining Cooper Pharma, 5 years back opened new avenues for me and instilled in me a confidence and spark that I never had. I joined Cooper Pharma’s marketing team and initially it took me time to adjust and learn the nuances and working of pharmaceutical industry but the encouragement and trust of the management and support of team members instilled in me a degree of confidence and belief and soon my efforts started giving results. Over the course of time I started contributing in increasing the overall domestic sales and also increasing the presence of our different pharma products in number of states. My performance makes my management very happy and they rewarded me by promoting my profile and designation to give further wings to my passion and drive. Today I can proudly say that I am part of Cooper Pharma family, generic medicine export company, and hope to continue giving my services to this company in future too.

I joined Cooper Pharma, a WHO, c-GMP certified company, India’s leading manufacturer and exporter of different pharmaceutical formulations, as a Researcher in R & D section in company’s manufacturing unit located in Dehradun. Working with creative team of researchers and innovators has really helped to make me think out of box and innovate novel pharmaceutical formulations. What I find most satisfying working here is that in a small way I am able to contribute in making a difference in the lives of human being.

Our lab provides me required infrastructure, resources and equipments to do individual research and bring novel ideas to find therapeutic solutions to the most difficult and complex medical problems. I must say that I haven’t faced any problems or issue during my tenure in Cooper Pharma and it’s a joyous and smooth ride all through. I would like to express my gratitude to Cooper Pharma for being such a great and employee friendly organization

I have the good fortune of working in Cooper Pharma, manufacturer of pharmaceutical formulations, as customer relationship manager for over 10 years now. Our company’s customer centric policies really help to make my job easier and simpler than I would have imagined. On time delivery of various pharma products and understanding client’s minutest requirement make them a happy and satisfied lot. This work ethic and putting the cause of clients above everything else is what make me admire the most about this organization. All the customers I had the chance to personally meet or interact with has only good words to share about Cooper Pharma’s  services, products and managements. Due to this, our customers all across the world, give me respect and put a keen ear on my suggestions and inputs, helping me form a firm and everlasting relationship with clients.

I always want to get associated with pharmaceutical industry. And when I got an opportunity to work in Cooper Phrama, a respectable and well established name among the generic medicine manufacturers and exporters. I felt elated and decided to join without much thinking. My association with Cooper Pharma started more than a decade back as I joined here as a trainee in HR Deptt. It’s a family like environment coupled with a transparent work culture over here that, never for even a single moment, it occurred to me to leave this place for another organization. Apart from professional growth and exposure I have formed some solid friendships and ties with my colleagues and team members. It is these bonds that I am going to cherish and treasure all my life.
