Ledipasvir & Sofosbuvir Tablets are a fixed-dose combination therapy used for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, primarily targeting genotypes 1, 4, 5, and 6. Sofosbuvir, a nucleotide polymerase inhibitor, blocks viral multiplication, while Ledipasvir, an NS5A inhibitor, prevents viral RNA replication and assembly.
