Tadalafil Tablets USP 20 mg are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. The active ingredient, Tadalafil, belongs to the class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow and helping to achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated. Tadalafil may also be prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension under medical supervision. It should be taken only as directed by a physician, and not more than once daily.
